We all have this dream of having abs. Well, now, how about you read this and see if you are able to get ABS!

  • The Plank (try doing it for more than 1 minute)
  • Hanging Leg Raises
  • Twisting Hanging Knee Raise

  • Incline Walking
  • Holding Sit-up

  • Alternate Toe-touch

  • The bicycle work out
  • Do Cardio as much as possible
  • Most importantly as we know, WATCH WHAT YOU EAT!
  • Lift your weight
  • Drink WATER WATER WATER!
